EAST Gallery is honored to announce that Liu Tongbin's solo exhibition "A Walker Being Held by a Bottle" will open on July 20. The exhibition will present the artist's recent new creations. This exhibition is the second solo exhibition we have held for the artist since the artist's solo exhibition "Travelling Around" in 2022.
"The traveler wants to prove that poetry is settled on this land by him. The bright starry sky and the winding fortress are no purer or nobler than others. His eyes are on the earth, looking at the world with rulers.
The traveler wants to find the symbol in the metaphor, the romance in the paradox, the enthusiasm of Du Kang and the coolness of poetry. The traveler perseveres in the imagination and wanders around the creation.
